Our client wanted to go digital to enable sellers easily manage their large inventory and create auctions on the fly. The client had a back office process to create auctions and manage inventories and sellers.
The Challenge
The client's customers are used to excel sheets and calling account POC to maintain their inventory and auctions, Most of the user were warehouse managers or non savvy individuals who were happy mailing excel sheets with inventory details and getting on a phone call to manage any issues.
The Process
Most of the customer persona and demographics are provided by the client. We started with coming up with user flows and then followed by basic wireframes.


The next step was to create click to wireframes to test with select users (I was not directly involved in user testing. I was able to remotely listen and view how customers interacted with the prototype to take notes.)

After iterating to make sure user needs are taken into consideration we created final mocks for delivery. I was involved in creating HTMLs and Stylesheets for this project.
Project Impact
The project reduce the amount of manual redundant work and loss of productivity. Sellers were able to create, manage and monitor orders with ease.
